Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or assembled DIY kits
- Customized items
- Clearance products
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
